New!
This free booklet identifies standards for excellent diversity & inclusion work. Julie O'Mara and Alan Richter (Diversity Collegium members), working with a 79-person Expert Panel around the world (includes many Collegium members), have designed the benchmarks to be universal. The 13 categories in four groups -- Foundation, Bridging, Internal and External -- are usable for all types and sizes of organizations in all sectors around the world. The new model for the D&I field illustrates the breadth, scope, and relationship of various categories of work. There are five levels of benchmarks for each category, with the top level generally considered best practices.
